Massachusetts: Visitors to the Melrose Victorian Fair Condemn the CCP and Support Practitioners' Efforts to End the Persecution (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) The Melrose Victorian Fair of Massachusetts started on September 16, 2007. Falun Gong practitioners set up a booth at the fair to clarify truth and spread the Fa. They distributed fliers, demonstrated exercises and taught visitors how to make paper lotus flowers.

Falun Gong practitioners clarify the truth at Melrose Victorian Fair

Many people said they had seen the Falun Gong group practice the exercises near a lake north of the city and they thought the exercises were graceful and serene. They also knew about the persecution in China. But many people couldn't relate the two things together and asked, "Why does the Chinese Communist Party persecute such a peaceful meditation group?" The practitioners explained to them in detail and many people took some truth-clarification materials before they left.

When learning the facts about the persecution, a woman from Romania said, "I totally understand because I come from a former communist country. The communists are just evil."

To offer encouragement to the practitioners, a man said that the Romans persecuted Christians, but the result was that Christianity spread throughout the world. Now the communist party persecutes Falun Gong, but it will only push Falun Gong to the world stage and let more people know about it.

An old woman listened to the facts and began to learn more about Falun Gong. When she heard about the efforts of the Falun Dafa practitioners to end the persecution, she praised practitioners, saying "Good job! Keep it up!"
