Utah, USA: Falun Dafa Practitioners Participate in Salt Lake City Community Event (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On September 15, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioners in Utah participated in a community event, the "Earth Dance Festival" in Salt Lake City.

Native Americans performed traditional dances and attracted many people. One Native American person talked about an ancient prophecy which said there would be a holy person from the east coming with the true Law to save the sentient beings of the world. In an illustration detailing the prophecy, there was a large swastika in the upper left corner. After the Native Americans finished, it was the practitioners' turn to introduce Falun Dafa. A practitioner went on the stage with a Falun Emblem banner, and talked about Falun Dafa and how it has spread throughout the world.

In the afternoon, the host invited Falun Dafa practitioners to demonstrate the exercises. When the peaceful and compassionate music started, many festival attendees stood up and came over to learn.

After the exercise demonstration, many people came to the Falun Dafa booth to get more details. One man who came after work asked, "What is it about?" A practitioner talked with him for about an hour and shared his own experiences of cultivating in Falun Dafa. Before he left, the man said that he would download the book Zhuan Falun from the Internet and read it.
