(Clearwisdom.net) Every year in Liège, the largest French speaking city of Belgium, an event called 'Retrouvailles' (Reunion) takes place in the beautiful surroundings of the Park 'de la Boverie'. The cultural, social and sportive life of Liège come together to offer a unique and colorful environment of recreation enjoyed by thousands of families. This event marks the beginning of the new academic and professional year. This year the 'Retrouvailles' took place on the 1^st and 2^nd of September and, as expected, tens of thousands of people attended.

Falun Dafa practitioners have been taking part of this event for the last few years, bringing the beauty of Dafa and exposing the brutal persecution of practitioners in China. In a very nice water-front setting and amidst the oriental practices stands, stood the Falun Dafa stall. With a table packed with material, balloons for the children, and through the demonstration of the exercises, practitioners were able to reach a large group of people with many of them showing interest in learning the practice.

At the background of the stall we hung a banner exposing the cruel persecution and the organ harvesting of fellow practitioners in China. People stopped to read the information on the banner and showed their concern for all these atrocities. They expressed their wish that they will end soon. Moreover, the ideal situation of the stall allowed practitioners to hang on the back of the stall a large yellow banner with the words 'Falun Dafa'. This banner was clearly visible from the other side of the park, so thousands of visitors were able to read it from afar.
