Police Officer Yao Yuhong in Baoding Premeditated the Illegal Arrest of Practitioner Mr. Qian Jinsong
(Clearwisdom.net) According to reliable sources, Yao Yuhong, director of
the police station at Dongfeng Road in Baoding, Hebei Province, recently
directly ordered her subordinates to set a trap for practitioner Mr. Qian
Jinsong, to get him to come to the police station. What happened is described
below in detail. Mr. Qian Jinsong owns a rental dwelling in an area that is under the
jurisdiction of the police station on Dongfeng Road. About one month ago, police
officer Wang Yan from this station called Mr. Qian's family many times,
allegedly about some procedures they needed to go through concerning the
dwelling. They were told that the owner needed to go to the police station to
register and bring along the property ownership certificate. Mr. Qian's family took the certificate to the police station. Soon
afterwards, the police made up another excuse, saying that although the property
ownership certificate had been turned in, the owner hadn't signed the document
and they suspected that renters were doing something illegal and the owner must
personally come to the police station. They requested that the owner appear at
the police station to sign the papers. They called every other day. Qian
Jinsong's family called all the renters (who had already obtained temporary
residence permission from the police station) and informed them that the police
suspected they were doing something illegal. The renters then contacted the
police, who soon replied by saying that the police didn't suspect them, but only
wanted to see the owner of the dwelling. Because they didn't get what they wanted, Yao Yuhong, director of the police
station on Dongfeng Road, personally called Qian Jinsong's family and talked to
them in a very rude and unreasonable manner, condemning the family for not
cooperating. Mr. Qin's family asked her, "Haven't we already made
everything very clear about the rental dwelling with Wang Yan?" Yao Yuhong
replied, "It's not about the dwelling, it's about Qian Jinsong." She
then ordered Qian's wife to the police station immediately. Because Mr. Qian Jinsong had previously been brutally tortured at the police
station at Gaoqiao, Baigou, his wife clearly told the police officer that she
had no time because she had to work, and if she wanted Qian Jinsong she should
contact him, and that she did not need to contact her. Yao Yuhong instantly
threatened that she would go to her workplace to get her. Later, Yao Yuhong
called Mr. Qian's workplace, the Taxation Bureau at the Northern City District,
and asked for his current address, claiming they had evidence that Qian Jinsong
had committed crimes again. She then called his mother-in-law and again told
tales about Qian and his refusal to go the police station to sign the document,
etc. Mr. Qian Jinsong had been illegally arrested by officers from the
police station at Gaokai District and the sub-bureau of the Public Security
Bureau at Xinshi District in October 2003. He was then subjected to forced labor
for three years and was brutally tortured. By August 2004, Qin Jinsong had been
tortured so severely that he showed symptoms of an acute massive esophagus
hemorrhage and renal failure. He was sent to the No. 2 Hospital in Baoding City
for emergency treatment and was put under 24-hour surveillance. The only reason
they sent him home to his family was because they thought he could die at any
moment. In June 2006, Mr. Qian Jinsong was again arrested at Baigou and barbarously
tortured by vicious officers at the police station at Gaoqiao, Baigou, and in
the detention center at Gaobeidian. Only 20 days later, they tortured him to
such an extent that the hospital issued a notification that he was terminally
ill. (Please refer to the report on the Minghui website). Qian Jinsong's workplace, the Taxation Bureau at the Northern City District
in Baoding City, has never asked him to return to work. Mr. Qian is currently in
great financial distress. In December 2005, Yao Yuhong sent personnel to wait for 20 days at the home
of practitioner Ms. Li Huiru's mother, until they caught her when she visited
her mother. Even after they arrested Ms. Li, the police continued to harass her
mother afterwards. Now that the massive movement to withdraw from the Party is surging forward,
more than 26 million people have withdrawn, and the Chinese Communist Party will
soon collapse. We suggest that for her and her family's future, Yao Yuhong no
longer does bad deeds to good people. The principle that evil will be met with
retribution is a true reality. Address of the police station at Dongfeng Road in Baoding City, Hebei
