Those Who Commit Crimes for the CCP Receive Karmic Retribution

Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they too be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Sun Reiyi, former Director of the Qingyuan County Travel Bureau, persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners during his Science Academy chairman term. He had traveled with the "Lecture Group", who slandered Falun Dafa in every village and town wherever he went. Sun made slanderous speeches about the book Zhuan Falun and deceived many people. Sun was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer near the end of 2006, and he died in January 2007.

Li had been actively persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners at Maoershan Detention Center (It was called The First Xianning County Detention Center) since the persecution began. Li force-fed several Falun Dafa practitioners who started a hunger strike. Such torture caused serious damage to the practitioners' physical and mental health. Recently, Li developed a serious disease which has defied treatment.

Tain Yanjun, a deputy Party Secretary of Guangdong and a chairman of the Industrial

Union Yudean Group, and Cai Liheng, a deputy Party Secretary of Huangpu Power Station

and a chairman of the Industrial Union, have both been actively persecuting Falun Dafa. Cai told people, "You cannot have mercy on Falun Dafa practitioners." He refused to believe that Falun Dafa practitioners were being tortured in prisons.

In 2007, Tain Yanjun was sentenced to jail due to his corruption. He was beaten by prisoners and his eyebrows turned white overnight. Cai Liheng died recently from anemia; he had turned 53 on September 2, 2007.

He Xia actively persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners since the persecution began. She instigated police officers to harass, monitor, track down, threaten, and extort money from Falun Dafa practitioners. She even made Falun Dafa practitioners who refused to renounce their beliefs become homeless. She had poor health, which later developed into heart disease, a brain tumor, and other illnesses while she was involved in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. Falun Dafa practitioners tried clarifying the truth to her the best they could, yet she did not repent. She was sent to the hospital for a minor illness, and she demanded to change rooms because another patient in her room had died. In the process, she suffered a fatal heart attack.
