Cases of Karmic Retribution for the Perpetrators in the Honggang District, Daqing City
(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic
retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions,
is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic
of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe
will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such
as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated
another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet
due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this
principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who
persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law
requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by
reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution. Cases of Retribution for the Perpetrators in the Honggang District of Daqing
City Wei Baozhong is a policeman from the Honggang District Detention Center. He
beat and swore and yelled at practitioners. On several occasions, he dragged and
pulled them, tied them up and force-fed them. He developed kidney disease. He
underwent a kidney transplant, but his disease is getting worse. Che Dekui was a policeman in charge of the Third Area in the Honggang
District. He participated in arresting practitioners. Two months after he
retired, he died from lung cancer. Sun Keming, a policeman from the Honggang District Public Security Bureau
(formerly the Honggang District Police Station), has participated in persecuting
Falun Dafa and practitioners. He has arrested practitioners, beat and swore at
them, and tried to force them to write Guarantee Statements. It is said that he
paid money to buy his way into the position of CCP Secretary at the custodial
station in the Honggang District. Because a prisoner in his area beat another
prisoner to death, he was fired from his position. Zhao Qingcai is a wicked person hired from another place. He participated in
arresting practitioners, reported many practitioners to the police, and followed
them. Later on he developed diabetes. His evildoing had a bad effect on his wife
as well. She suffered from cerebral thrombosis and spent over ten thousand
yuan on medical expenses. Pang Baolai worked in the Honggang District Government Propaganda Department
in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. Since July 20, 1999, he closely followed
Jiang's regime to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. In December 2000, the
Propaganda Department in Honggang District set up a brainwashing center and
tried to force practitioners to write a Guarantee Statement. If the
statements were not in line with their requirements, they would force the
practitioners to re-write them. Pang Baolai committed suicide by jumping from
the top of a building in 2005. Former Deputy Director of Huzhou City Public Security Bureau in Zhejiang
Province Died Zhang Jian'gang, former Deputy Director of the Public Security Bureau in
Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, brutally persecuted local practitioners since
Jiang's regime started to persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. Around 2001,
when some of local practitioners went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, Zhang
led some policemen to Beijing and stayed there to arrest and send practitioners
back to Huzhou. They severely persecuted practitioners. They committed huge sins
against Falun Gong and practitioners. At the beginning of 2005, Zhang developed
a fatal disease and suddenly died. Yang Gesong, Director of the 610 Office in Rushan City, Shandong Province,
Brought Misfortune to His Family Yang Gesong, Director of the 610 Office and former Deputy
Director of the First Section of Rushan City Public Security Bureau in Shandong
Province, has closely followed the CCP in order to persecute Falun Gong since
2001. He has arrested, harassed, and sentenced practitioners. He has also fined
and extorted money from them. He instigated his subordinates to severely beat
them and their family members. In 2004, Yang didn't feel well. A physical examination revealed that he
suffered from liver disease and had to be hospitalized. Each year since then he
has had to stay in a hospital once or several times. In the second half of 2006,
he could barely go to work. In 2007, he has been in the hospital for almost the
whole year. He went to hospitals in Yantai City and was turned away because of
his severe condition. He then went to Beijing for treatment. It is said that he
is suffering from late stage cirrhosis. His whole body is swollen and he is not
able to climb stairs. He can't do any exercises due to shortness of breath. Now
his neighbors and friends avoid him. Even his son's girlfriend ended her
relationship with his son when she learned about his situation. Here we offer a warning to those who are still following the CCP, to wicked
people, and to those persecuting practitioners. Remember this: The CCP can give
you money but can it give you your life? A Chinese saying goes like this:
"If you don't do anything against your conscience, you don't have to be
afraid of ghosts knocking on your door at night." Why are you afraid of
revealing your identity when you go to harass and persecute practitioners and do
things in a secretive way? We hope that you don't deceive yourself and make
excuses for yourself. Heaven will not listen to your excuses.
