(Clearwisdom.net) NTDTV's Chinese New Year Spectacular, performed by the Divine Performing Arts, was staged in Denver, Colorado, on January 11-12, 2008. Prior to the performances, Colorado Governor Bill Ritter, Jr., wrote the following letter to congratulate New Tang Dynasty TV as it celebrates the 2008 Chinese New Year Spectacular.

On behalf of the State of Colorado, it is my pleasure to congratulate New Tang Dynasty TV as it celebrates the 2008 Chinese New Year Spectacular.

The Chinese New Year is one of the most important and celebrated days of the year in Chinese and Asian communities throughout the world. This momentous occasion will showcase the beauty and rich heritage of the Chinese culture and give millions the opportunity to celebrate. Spanning 50 major cities on four continents, the Spectacular will be performed by the Divine Performing Arts group. Such an event creates the perfect platform for a cross-cultural experience between East and West, and will serve to unify any who have an interest in Chinese culture.
