(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Ma Guifeng is a 47-year old Falun Dafa practitioner living in Chengguan Town, Jing County, Hebei Province. He is currently detained in Hebei Province Fourth Prison. His life is now in grave danger. His blood pressure is 240/170. His cardio valve broke and his had fundus arteriolosclerosis. He cannot see or hear. His family requested to have him bail out on medical treatment, but was denied.

Mr. Ma began practicing Falun Dafa in 1996. He went to Beijing to clarify the facts of the persecution in 1999. Then he was arrested and sentenced. He escaped and was forced to leave home to avoid further abuse. Mr. Ma was arrested in Guangzhou City in 2002 and was sentenced to 3 years of forced labor. Later, he was transferred back to Jing County Police Department where he was sentenced to 10 years in prison. He was subjected to many sorts of tortures in Hebei Province Fourth Prison.

The Hebei Province Fourth Prison is also called North Suburban Shijiazhuang City Prison. It is an evil den used to torture Falun Dafa practitioners. They are deprived the right to sleep, some detained practitioners are mentally and physically traumatized. Many practitioners have been on hunger strikes to protest the ill-treatment. They appeal to be unconditionally released. Some practitioners are on the verge of death.
