Retired Teacher: "I Loved Every Minute of the Show" (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) Jessie Dunn is a retired teacher and interested in Chinese culture. She hopes to be a volunteer in China in the future. After seeing the NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular in Montreal on January 16, she said excitedly, "I thought it was beautiful, very well done. I loved every minute of it. I loved everything. I couldn't single out just one favorite. The entire show was very well put together, very nice, very classy."

She said, "What impressed me the most, I guess, was the message and the subject of Falun Gong. I'm aware of the persecution. I was in Beijing not long ago because my sister got ill on her trip to Beijing and was admitted to a Beijing hospital. I got to see a lot of things which I would not have seen ordinarily. Once I saw an old lady on Tiananmen Square. She was on her knees crying out. I asked a man what was happening and he said it might be that the lady was a Falun Gong member."

She continued, "The show is very cultural. I have seen other Chinese shows, but this is exceptional. I liked the 'Water Sleeves.' It was beautiful. I also liked the last one, the drums, very much, and the singing was wonderful. Of all of them, I couldn't say which one was better than another. I will try to come again next year for sure. I will try to bring my grandchildren next year. One of my grandchildren was adopted from China. This will be a wonderful gift for them."
