California: US Congressman Bob Finer Proclaims January 15-17, 2008, as Chinese New Year Spectacular Days


(Clearwisdom.net) NTDTV's Chinese New Year Spectacular, featuring the Divine Performing Arts, was staged at the California Center for Arts in Escondido, Greater San Diego, CA, on January 15-17, 2008. For the occasion, US Congressman Bob Finer proclaimed January 15-17, 2008 as the "Chinese New Year Spectacular Days" and encourage citizens to recognize and honor the outstanding and invaluable achievements and contributions of New Tang Dynasty Television and the Chinese community.

Whereas, on January 15-17, 2008, the New Tang Dynasty Television sponsors the Chinese New Year Spectacular 2008 at the California Center for Arts in Escondido; and

Whereas, this Spectacular reawakens the Chinese community to the majestic splendor and beauty of their 5000-year-old culture as the greatest names from the Divine Performing Arts of New York come together for an inspirational and exciting show of epic proportions; and

Whereas, through classical choreography, inspiring melodies, stunning costumes, and the state-of-the-art background scenery displays, the celebration will be a wonderful cultural experience for the Greater San Diego community.

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that I, Bob Filner, California's Border Congressman, do hereby proclaim January 15-17, 2008 as the "Chinese New Year Spectacular Days" and encourage my constituents in the 51st Congressional District to recognize and honor the outstanding and invaluable achievements and contributions of the New Tang Dynasty Television and the Chinese community.
