Chinese New Year Spectacular Debuts in Detroit and Wins Acclaim from US Congressional Members (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) New Tang Dynasty Television's Chinese New Year Spectacular, performed by the Divine Performing Arts touring company, was staged at the Detroit Opera House in downtown Detroit, Michigan on January 22, 2008.

On the occasion of the Chinese New Year Spectacular in Detroit, US Congressmen and Senators from Michigan wrote congratulatory letters to the show. These officials include US Senator Carl Levin, US Senator Debbie Stabenow, US Congressman Thaddeus McCotter, US Congressman Joe Knollenberg, US Congressman John Dingell, US Congresswoman Carolyn Kilpatrick, and US Congressman Mike Rogers.
