"I Want to Learn Falun Gong"

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Liu, who is 58 years old, lives in the Ah district of Harbin in Heilongjiang Province. Three years ago she was involved in an automobile accident. The driver of the other automobile was seriously injured and remains in a coma to this day. Ms. Liu was also seriously injured. The accident fractured her clavicle, which was reconstructed in an operation with a steel plate. As a result of her injuries and the operation, she was unable to raise her arms for three months.

On January 5, 2008, a relative of Ms. Liu visited her and told her how wonderful Falun Dafa is. This relative explained its health benefits and encouraged her to sincerely say, "Falun Dafa is good" in her mind. Ms. Liu immediately expressed a desire to learn Falun Gong, so the relative started to teach her the exercises. For the first exercise, "Buddha Showing a Thousand Hands," the arms need to be raised. In the beginning, Ms. Liu could only slightly raise her arms. After trying several times, she suddenly raised her arms up completely, and very high. She could move her arms again! Her family was excited to witness this miracle of Dafa.

After Ms. Liu's clavicle was broken and repaired with a steel plate, she always felt cold and numb. She worried that she would never recover. But that day she raised her arms up very high, just like a normal person.

Then Ms. Liu started to make dumplings with her family, even though she could not do anything before. She was very appreciative of her relative, but the relative said, "You do not need to thank me. You should thank the Master of Falun Dafa. If you want to learn Falun Gong later, our Master will take care of you. Falun Gong is a Buddha cultivation practice, which teaches people to be good according to the standard of 'Truth-Compassion-Forbearance.'"

Ms. Liu was originally a good person. Because her thoughts were right, Master showed her the miracle of Dafa. Ms. Liu said over and over, "I want to learn Dafa now. I will not only practice myself, I will also tell people how wonderful Dafa is and how I benefited from Dafa."

The relative promised Ms. Liu that she would give her the precious book Zhuan Falun and would ask other practitioners to help her with the exercises. Just two days later, Ms. Liu sent a message to her relative that she wanted to immediately read the book and learn the exercises. So, the relative sent her Zhuan Falun at once.
