Falun Gong Practitioners Tortured in Wangcun Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) The Second Forced Labor Camp of Shandong Province, Wangcun Forced Labor Camp, moved to #29 Jiwang Road, Guanzhuang Township, Zhangqiu City. In order to try to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief, guards of the labor camp cruelly persecuted them mentally and physically.

Mr. Cao Yuguo lives in Rushan City. He was illegally sentenced to four and a half years in jail for practicing Falun Gong. After being released, he worked as a taxi driver. Eventually he was reported for clarifying the truth. In 2006 he was sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp. Mr. Cao upheld his belief and refused to be "transformed." He was not swayed by sleep deprivation inflicted by the deputy group leader, Wang Xinjiang. In fact, he tried to explain the truth about Falun Gong to Wang. Wang was infuriated and punched Mr. Cao in the face about five or six times. Mr. Cao's face swelled up. One of the collaborators, Du Hao, also beat and kicked Mr. Cao. Later Wang Xinjiang handcuffed Mr. Cao and hung him up for two days in a row.

Mr. Yan Fulu worked in the Changqing Steel Plant in Jinan City. In a meeting at the labor camp, he stood up and said, "Falun Gong is unjustly persecuted!" On November 10, for disclosing the facts that Wang Xinjiang illegally beat people, Mr. Yan was seriously beaten in the guards' office. On the second day, he was hung up near the administration cell for seven straight days. During this time, Wang Xinjiang, Liu Zhonghao, Song Nan, and Zhang shocked him with electric batons, burning the skin on his leg terribly.

Mr. Peng Yunchang was an employee of the Earthquake Bureau of Feicheng County, Linyi District. On November 17, he started a hunger strike in the forced labor camp.

Sun Debo was from Zibo City and has been on a hunger strike for more than one year.

Mr. Liang Yuxin was persecuted to the point of being disabled by a camp guard. He is unable to walk. Even so, he has not been released.

The guards not only punished practitioners physically but also tortured them mentally with more vicious methods. For example, the guards tried to force them to slander Dafa and Master Li. Practitioners weren't allowed to sleep until they complied.

The guards used collaborators to monitor the practitioners. The collaborators included Yang Yufeng from Shouguang City, Yang Jinfang from Mengyin County, Qiu Renci from Mouping District, Liu Zhensong from Qixia City, Li Yitang and Li Peihong from Weifang City, Cang Xiyong and Xiong Shanyong from Jinan City, Sun Zhonglong from Rushan City, and Qu Jingxiang from Zibo City.
