Public Security, Court, and Procuratorate Department Employees in the Shunyi District of Bejing Experience Karmic Retribution

(Clearwisdom.net) After July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Jiang's regime started the persecution of Falun Gong. Some CCP officials and some employees in public security, the courts, and the Procuratorate departments at different levels could not tell good from evil and participated in the persecution out of their own selfish interests. They do not know that there are deities everywhere, and it is a heavenly principle that good will be rewarded with good and evil with evil. They accumulate a great deal of karma when they persecute practitioners who just want to follow the principles of "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance" and be good people! In the past few years, those that have participated have been affected and even some of members of their families were implicated. This is a warning from heaven for people to stop persecuting Falun Gong and save a future for themselves and their families, and to not terminate their eternal lives for the sake of immediate interests. The following are a few recent examples from the Shunyi District of Beijing:

1. Pang Fang, 63 years old, a resident of Guchen Village, Houshayu Township, Shunyi, used to be the Deputy Procuratorator with the Shunyi "Procuratorate." After July 20, 1999, he was responsible for persecuting Falun Gong. From 2001 to 2004, before he retired, he sentenced many practitioners to jail and created many tribulations for these good people. Pang Fang had pancreatic cancer after he retired in 2004 and it cost him over 100,000 yuan in personal medical expenses, and over 300,000 yuan in government medical costs. At the end of 2007, he died of the disease.

2. Yang Ying, Deputy Chief of the Criminal Department of Shuyi District Court of Beijing, female, around 50 years old, actively participated in the persecution of Falun Gong. She advocated heavy sentences for practitioners. After 2001, she passed heavy sentences on a number of practitioners. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is now bedridden for the long term and lives a life that is more miserable than death.

3. Wang Tao, Section Chief of the Persecution Section of the Shunyi Procuratorate, around 30 years old, actively persecuted many innocent practitioners. In 2004, when he was driving to Beijing on the Jingcheng Highway, his car hit a metal pole and he was killed instantly when the pole was driven into his head. At his funeral, there was no way to fix his face, so they had to cover his head with flowers. At such a young age, he became a victim in the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong.

4. Zhen Zhankui was the head of the detention center in the Shunyi District. After July 20, 1999, he actively participated in the persecution of practitioners who were detained for appealing in Beijing. He supported and tolerated torturing them, using such tactics as electric shock, burning, freezing, etc. Many practitioners from other cities were beaten and almost suffocated for not telling their names, and some died. In May 2007, because he participated in some organized crime groups and secretly released the group leader, Zhen Zhankui was sentenced to 10 years in jail.

5. Yan Zhigang, the deputy head of the Shunyi District Police Department, used to be responsible for persecuting Falun Gong. In the past few years, he has caused countless practitioners to be detained, brainwashed, and sent to forced labor camps and prisons. In May 2007, because he participated in some organized crime organizations' activities, Yan was demoted and transferred.

6. Liu Jinshan, public security director of Qianfengbo Village, Nancai Township, the Shunyi District, actively participated in persecuting local practitioners. He beat practitioners who went to Beijing to appeal and also constantly took policemen to practitioners' homes to harass them. In the first half of 2007, he died in a car accident. He was 61 years old at the time.
