Be Concerned About Senior Practitioners' Cultivation States

A serious lesson made me awake all of a sudden. I share my lesson so all practitioners will be concerned about the cultivation states of senior practitioners. This will help stop the old forces from taking advantage of weaknesses in senior practitioners, so as to completely negate the old force arrangements and disintegrate every evil factor.

On November 28, my mother suddenly suffered a stroke and was hospitalized. My mother began to practice Falun Dafa in 1997, a year prior to when I began to practice Falun Gong. After the persecution of Falun Gong began, she didn't do the three things very well because of her attachment of fear. I paid attention to my cultivation state and ignored hers. The only time we talked about things related to cultivation was when we had meals together. I had seen her doing the exercises and listening to Teacher's Fa lectures audio tapes. She appeared to be keeping well so I figured that she was doing well. I often talked to others about how healthy my mother became after practicing Falun Gong, however I had no clue about her cultivation state. At the hospital, I sent righteous thoughts to her as soon as I had the chance. When she got a little bit better, I read Zhuan Falun with her, I also asked her to send righteous thoughts with me. It was not until then that I realized as soon as she studied the Fa, she fell asleep. She didn't feel sleepy if she didn't study the Fa. When she sent righteous thoughts, she recited the formulas incorrectly and her posture was not right. I began to have her follow me in reciting formulas, even so, she was still very sleepy. She told me that she often felt sleepy. As a matter of fact, regardless of when she studied the Fa (she is illiterate, so she can only listen to Teacher's Fa lecture audio tapes), sent righteous thoughts, or did the sitting meditation, she was muddle-headed. She couldn't control herself, so she was taken advantage of by evil forces, which has caused her this big tribulation and also brought a negative impact to Dafa. It also resulted in her suffering.

We should all be concerned about the cultivation states of the senior practitioners around us. We should be especially concerned for those who have little education, who study the Fa on and off, and who have fairly low enlightenment quality, so that we can form a one indestructible, solid body to negate every old force arrangement. Thus we can never be taken advantage of again by any evil element!
