(Clearwisdom.net) My father is 85 years old. In August, he noticed that his arms were covered with very painful blisters. After being examined by a doctor, he was diagnosed with herpes zoster (shingles), and was told to get IV infusions at home. After submitting to the IVs for several weeks, he was getting worse, not better.
Seeing his pale face, I knew that the pain must be unbearable. He said, "I am in such pain that I feel like I'm dying. You can prepare my funeral now. The tendons and bones in my arms hurt so much that they feel worse than if they were broken." I said to my father, "Recite sincerely 'Falun Dafa is good' and 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.' Our Master will definitely save you." Father repeated the sentences aloud while he watched the Divine Performing Arts on DVD that I played for him. It was about 11 p.m. when he finally quieted down and fell asleep.
The next morning, my father's arms were miraculously better. The pus and fluid in the blisters had lessened, and his arms did not hurt when he moved them. I could not stop my tears of joy from falling. Dafa is just so miraculous. This incident strengthened my belief in my cultivation. Father said excitedly, "It is just wonderful, wonderful. I will recite 'Falun Dafa is good' and 'Truthfulness- Compassion-Forbearance is good' every day from now on."
