What Teacher Worried about for Dafa Practitioners

At the end of the video "Fa Teaching Given to the Australian Practitioners," Teacher emphasized that one thing he worried about was Dafa practitioners' looking inward. Every time I recall Teacher's expression when he said that, I feel ashamed. After a dozen years of practicing Dafa, I seldom look inward to discover my own insufficiencies in practice. Instead, I look outward most of the time, and sometimes I even forget I am a Dafa practitioner.

I have been a coordinator for years and am often in contact with local practitioners. Thus I am aware of the cultivation statuses of most local practitioners. Some practitioners even share their family issues, so I have the chance to be aware of their attachments. However, when some of them mentioned their insufficiencies, as a listener and fellow practitioner I forgot that part of why that experience is being shared is because there is something for me to cultivate as well. I seldom paid much attention to what they said or just felt disappointed in them. I sometimes didn't even like to hear or see their ordinary people's behavior and mindsets revealed. As the result, I even did not want to keep in contact with them and thought of quitting the duty of being a coordinator.

When I looked inward, I realized that, in my mind, I still took coordination as an ordinary person's job, rather than an environment for cultivation arranged by Teacher.

Teacher once taught:

"If the matter has absolutely nothing to do with you or doesn't involve any of the attachments you should break, then that thing would rarely happen to you." (Teaching the Fa at the Conference in Europe)

So every person we have contact with and everything we do everyday are arranged for our cultivation. As Dafa practitioners, we should be strict with ourselves according to Dafa's requirement, look inward to find out where are attachments are, and get rid of them as soon as possible. How can we take them as ordinary things and waste invaluable time and predestined relationships?

Looking inward is a mechanism of the new universe that was arranged by Teacher. As Dafa practitioners, we should unconditionally look inward every time and everywhere. Otherwise, we will go astray and follow the arrangements made by the old forces, which will cause a negative impact on saving sentient beings.

When we come up with an idea to do something, we should first think it over carefully and decide whether or not the idea is for the sake of ourselves or for the sake of sentient beings. If it is for ourselves, it is selfish, which will strengthen the old forces' power over us. If it is for others, that means we are acting as genuine Dafa practitioners, which will disassemble the evil and assist Teacher to rectify the Fa.

Let's look inward all the time and create a genuine cultivation environment together, and wholly do well the Three Things required by Teacher.
