We Are Like One Family

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Ming Zi from Huludao City was arrested this past Spring because he clarified the truth about Falun Gong to people. Without Mr. Ming around, it has been difficult for his family to harvest ten mu (about 1.7 acres) of land by themselves.

Since his illegal detainment, local practitioners have visited Mr. Ming's home several times and told his wife, "If you have any problems, please let us know because we are like one family." Recently, during the Autumn harvest, more than twenty practitioners of different ages went to help Mr. Ming's family. Although some of the practitioners were over 70 years old, they still wanted to help the family however they could. In the cornfield, some practitioners helped to break off the corncobs, while others cut the corn stalks. After putting the corn in a sack, some carried the bags to Mr. Ming's home. Everyone pitched in to help and cooperated well with each other. As a result, they were able to help complete the harvest in two days. Mr. Ming's wife was very moved by the practitioners' kindness.

After learning about this, some villagers said, "Look, Falun Gong practitioners are as if they are from one family." Some also said, "Falun Gong really is good. We want to learn too."

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) arrests people who follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and ignores the well-being of its citizens. Practitioners, however, dedicate themselves to helping others and follow the principles of Falun Dafa.
