(Clearwisdom.net) A few days before the Beijing Olympics, there were two people from work that were under instructions from the 610 Office to visit me. Their intention was to keep a close eye on me. One of them was the deputy director of my office, and the other was the deputy director of the bureau. Seeing them approach, I thought that they were looking for fault with Dafa practitioners and decided not to comply. I did not open the door or answer them. I stayed in my apartment and sent forth righteous thoughts. Before long, they left. I calmed down and studied the Fa. All of a sudden, I had a new understanding about what Teacher said:
"Validate the Fa with rationality, clarify the truth3 with wisdom, spread the Fa and save people with mercy." ("Rationality" from Essentials for Further Advancement II)
My heart brightened with clarity. Wasn't it better that they came to me? In ordinary times, it's more difficult to find a reason to talk to them. This was perfect timing. Teacher's words came to me:
" ...gives you an opportunity to look at things with a positive, correct view while immersed in what is inverted and to regard what is "bad" as good." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2008 New York Conference")
I made up my mind to do my best to save all the people in my office. I asked for Teacher's support to eliminate all the evil beings and elements that might prevent the sentient beings from knowing the truth.
Upon arrival at work, I went directly to the deputy director's office and said to him, "I am here to tell you about the persecution of Falun Gong." I started with the self-immolation on Tiananmen Square, which was staged by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and went on to how they shifted the blame to Falun Gong. I told him that Falun Gong was good. I pointed out that there were several cases in which an unstable person had made attempts to kill people and how these events were later used by the CCP to slander Falun Gong. I explained that this was a typical tactic used by the CCP to put down those who were "unfavored." Then I directed his attention to the fact that there were practitioners in more than 80 countries, yet only the CCP persecutes these practitioners. I also talked about how the publishing of the "Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party" had successfully exposed the evil nature of the CCP, which had caused the deaths of about 80 million Chinese people during peaceful times. It has done so many bad deeds. There is hardly a single Chinese person that does not hold a negative opinion of it.
During our conversation, I also mentioned the cosmic changes. I talked about how the Sichuan earthquake was actually a human disaster, which was intensified by the CCP's hiding the truth. That event illustrated how the CCP views and treats people--as worthless as weeds. I described the reality of the secret of "tofu pulp" (meaning "poor quality") construction of the school buildings in Sichuan. All of these concrete examples indicated that the real cause of all the disasters was actually the CCP itself. Following that, I talked about the discovery of the mysterious, 270-million year-old boulder in Zhangbu Town, Pingtang County, Guizhou Province. Six huge Chinese characters imprinted on the rock read: "Chinese Communist Party Perishes," which has been interpreted by many as an omen. It seems that even the heavens wish to destroy the CCP. Like the Chinese saying, "The Heavens will take charge when human beings are out of hand." At this point, I also told him that 43 million brave souls have decided to quit the CCP and its associated organizations, and I explained the reasons why they quit. Throughout my discourse, he listened to me intently. In the middle of this session, someone came into the office with a request. He told him that he would not take any cases that morning and would postpone everything until the afternoon. This enabled me to continue talking to him for about two hours. Afterwards, he said that he knew that practitioners were good people and that he came to me only because it was his duty. I replied that it must be his destiny to hear all of these facts and that this was perfect timing. Then I wished him the best. He thanked me and asked me to help him quit the CCP. I replied that he could thank our Teacher. Teacher provided this opportunity, and he also acknowledged this. Afterwards, he asked the chauffeur to drive me home, which I politely declined.
Upon reflection, I could see that all of these events were actually arranged by Teacher. Everything is in Teacher's hands. Every sentient being that can be saved is saved through Teacher's compassion. On behalf of all the saved beings, I sincerely say, " Thank you, Compassionate Master."
