At night on September 28, 2008, Ms. Xu Dongyu and Mr. Huang Xugui from Jiujiang County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province were arrested by police from Xingzi County while they were telling others about the persecution of Falun Gong in Yikou Town, Xingzi County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. Recently, they were sent to a forced labor camp. This is the second time Mr. Huang has been sent to a forced labor camp.
Between 2003 and 2006, Mr. Huang Xugui was detained in the Majialong Forced Labor Camp for more than three years. He was brutally persecuted. Now, Mr. Huang is being detained at the First Division of the Majialong Forced Labor Camp.
