Knowing the Truth Reaps Rewards

A police officer in Gong'an County, Hubei Province, was scheduled to have a gallbladder operation to remove some gallstones. Before his surgery, a Dafa practitioner friend of his sent him a Falun Dafa amulet(1). When the officer received it, he was very grateful and immediately started reciting "Falun Dafa is good." The practitioner also "clarified the truth"about the so-called Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident, telling him that it had been fabricated to frame Falun Gong.

The officer learned that practitioners are constantly trying to be the best people they can be by following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. As a result, he sincerely admires and supports practitioners, knowing that they are peaceful, rational, and solid in their faith.

As it turned out, his operation was a complete success and he did not feel any pain before or after the surgery. The incision healed very quickly. He is in good health now, and he has a healthy complexion.

Practitioners in Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province, often explain the facts about Dafa to people in their local area. As a result, almost everyone knows that Falun Gong is good and has righteous thoughts towards Dafa from the bottom of their hearts.

One day a man was standing near the top rung of a ladder while repairing something in an apartment building hallway. All of a sudden the ladder slipped and the man fell right on the concrete stairs, landing flat on his back.

His wife helped him up and hurriedly asked him, "Are you okay?" The man answered, "How come you are asking me if I am okay, instead of helping me recite 'Falun Dafa is good' and 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good?!'" She replied, "You should recite these words yourself. Did you?" He said, "I started reciting them as soon as I began falling,otherwise how could I be okay?!"

When the wife told this incident to a practitioner, the practitioner said, "Because you deeply believe that Falun Dafa is good, you were rewarded with blessings. When you recite 'Falun Dafa is good,' you will also benefit your husband's life."

(1) Amulets - In China, practitioners sometimes clarify the truth by giving people something small to wear or cherish, bearing a few words reminding them of the goodness of Dafa.
