Falun Dafa Saved Me from Suffering

(Clearwisdom.net) Thirty years ago, my head was severely injured from a brutal beating. I was in a hospital in an unconscious state for eight days. At the time I was disabled, muddle-headed, impatient and moody. These symptoms would intensify with the changes in the weather. With the help of a cane, I could walk very slowly. My heels couldn't touch the ground and without the cane, I would fall onto the ground. I suffered from a kidney disease and was often on medication, which didn't help very much. I would easily contract cold and fever due to my poor health and old age. I had to take injections and my face lacked color. I made a living by repairing bicycles and I had to sit down while repairing them. My lower back was always in severe pain and sometimes went numb. The increased suffering in my life and my poor health resulted in my wife divorcing me. I then moved in with my daughter. My mother took care of us and we managed to make a living. However, as I became older, my health deteriorated and I was not able to repair bicycles anymore. The responsibility of providing for my mother and daughter along with my inability to work caused me great agony.

Seeing my dilemma, a Falun Dafa practitioner talked to me several times and patiently persuaded me to practice Falun Dafa. She said that it had been very beneficial for her health and that she used to suffer from a lot of diseases before she started practicing Falun Dafa. I didn't believe her because I had practiced other forms of qigong for many years and didn't get any better. I was also influenced by the evil CCP's propaganda. Even though I didn't want to practice, I decided to give it a try since I was moved by the practitioner's sincerity. I started to practice in January 2008.

As soon as I practiced Falun Dafa, I found it really good. I felt very comfortable and my whole body felt warm. I was very thankful to Master, since now every day after I had finished practicing Falun Dafa, I could walk slowly without the help of a cane. Also, my face now has a healthy glow and I am no longer muddle-headed. I can also walk to the public bathing facilities by myself. People who know me were really surprised and have witnessed the wonderfulness of Falun Dafa through the changes they have seen in me.

It was not until now that I realized why so many people continued practicing Falun Dafa even though it is so severely persecuted. Falun Dafa is indeed a great way with mighty virtue that can save people. Those broadcasts on TV about Falun Dafa are nothing but lies. Falun Dafa teaches one to be a good person and to behave according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. I also gave up my bad habit of gaining things in a fraudulent manner. I strive to be honest, kind and tolerant. I would like to tell you from my own experience that "Falun Dafa is good. What Falun Dafa practitioners have been trying to tell the world's people is true."
