Canopies Spared by Faith in Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) This is the story of a middle-aged couple living in Bin County in Heilongjiang Province. Originally, both of them worked for the same company; however, the company went bankrupt. They opened a shop to repair vehicles for a living. In their old company was an elderly lady who was a Falun Gong practitioner. The practitioner often clarified the truth about Falun Gong to them, persuaded them to quit the CCP, and told them to recite "Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness- Compassion-Forbearance is good." The wife believed in the practitioner's words and resigned from the CCP with their son. However, the husband doubted the practitioner and initially would not resign from the CCP. Although he agreed to do it later, it wasn't from the bottom of his heart.

In 2007, because the repair shop business was very slow, they started to build ten canopies so they could plant vegetables on the outskirts of town. Many people went there to plant vegetables since the lands were not in use. On a summer day in 2008, a storm came with pouring rain and strong wind. The wind was so strong that the door of a house could not be opened. Everybody was worried about their canopies and vegetables. However, nobody could leave their home because of the wind. At this moment, the words of a practitioner appeared in the wife's mind. She asked Dafa's Master to protect their canopies, and kept reciting "Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good."

After the storm, the people all came out of their homes and were shocked by the scene. All the canopies were destroyed expect those ten of the middle-aged couple. Everybody found it hard to believe. Someone said to the husband, "You are really lucky. The wind seemed to be jumping over your land." He replied, "I was protected." After that, the wife told her husband that she kept reciting "Falun Dafa is good" during the storm. The husband replied with a sigh, "In the past, I didn't believe in Dafa. Now, I am totally convinced. These ten canopies give me the best evidence. Thanks, Dafa Master! Thanks, Dafa Master!"

Recently, the couple came back to Bin County and told their personal story to their relatives. All the relatives were astonished and resigned from the CCP. The couple made a special trip to visit their elderly coworker practitioner. They burned incense for Master and said, "We would like to practice Falun Gong. Master Li, please accept us."
