Some Stories During Chinese Leader Hu's Visit to the U.S.

(Clearwisdom.net) Between November 11 and November 14, 2008, the President of China, Hu Jingtao, came to Washington, DC, to attend the G20 Summit. Falun Gong practitioners from the DC Metropolitan Area held peaceful protests against the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong near the White House and the G20 Summit meeting location, so that more people could understand the truth about Falun Gong and the evil nature of the CCP.

On the afternoon of November 15, at the hotel where Hu was staying, practitioners displayed banners reading, "Falun Dafa is good," "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Zhou Yongkang, and Liu Jing to justice," and, "Stop the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong." Right before Hu's car arrived, groups of people controlled by the CCP flocked in front of the Falun Gong practitioners, trying to block them from sight. Seeing the situation, an Asian-American woman immediately held up a banner with the words, "Falun Dafa is good" and stood with a practitioner in front of the "planted" Chinese. This woman did not speak Chinese very fluently but she did say, "This is America." She told others that she had been in China for three months and saw with her own eyes how the police illegally arrested Falun Gong practitioners. When she saw so many people flocking in front of the Falun Gong practitioners, she wanted justice to prevail. This righteous lady held up the banner with the words, "Falun Dafa is good," and she clarified the truth about Falun Gong to the police and reporters near her.

An Indian person said angrily to the people blocking the practitioners, "You are not good!" Then, pointing to the practitioners, this person said, "They are good."

On November 16, Falun Gong practitioners clarified the truth to a group of Chinese people who tried to block them. One Chinese person burst into tears after hearing the truth and put down the CCP flag he was holding.

Many Western people have recently learned the facts about Falun Gong. Many Chinese people took pictures of Falun Gong practitioners after understanding the reality of their situation.
