Ms. Huang Shuyun and Ms. Zhou Yuying in Critical Condition in Jilin Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. and Mrs. Yang Wenxue, Mr. Gao Qi, Ms. Huang Shuyun, Ms. Li Bairong, and Ms. Zhou Yuying are all from Shuiquliu Town, Shulan City, Jilin Province. On the evening of January 4, 2008, they went to Dashu Village in Shuiquliu Town to pass out truth-clarifying materials. They were reported and then arrested by local police officers and agents of Shulan City Domestic Security Division. They were detained in Nanshan Detention Center. Among the six practitioners, Mr. Yang Wenxue's wife and Ms. Li Bairong were released for health reasons, but the remaining four are still detained.

We have heard that Ms. Huang Shuyun and Ms. Zhou Yuying are both in critical condition due to being brutally treated. Ms. Huang appeared to have seizures and was frothing at the mouth. Ms. Zhou passed out due to heart problems. They were both rushed to the Shulan City Hospital on January 24, 2008 for emergency treatment, and then taken back to Nanshan Detention Center the same day. On January 25, 2008, Ms. Zhou passed out again, and they could not find her pulse or measure her blood pressure. She is still being treated in the Shulan City Hospital.
