Ms. Sengbloh said, "It's a beautiful, wonderful show. I like the music and costumes. It's very entertaining."

Farai Malianga said, "I enjoyed the music. I'm a musician too, so I liked the drumming a lot. It's really nice to see the dancing and live music. It's very important to me. Being able to see live orchestra is very nice."

Ms. Sengbloh has been living in New York for the past three years. She said, "I saw people advertising the Christmas show [Holiday Wonders] and the Chinese New Year Splendor, and I said to myself that I must make time to see it. It's the first time that I saw the show."

Mr. Malianga told the reporter that prior to the Splendor, all that he had seen of Chinese culture was Chinese martial arts. He appreciated seeing more of the culture and Chinese history this evening. He also thought the show's hosts introducing the story behind each dance piece was entertaining and helpful. He enjoyed the whole production very much.
