1. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Sujie Arrested
On January 11, 2008, Ms. Li Sujie was arrested by over 20 people from the Domestic Security Division in Linghai City, the Cable TV Station in Linghai City, and also personnel from the Shishan County Police Station, because she was watching TV programs from NTDTV. Now, she is being detained in the Linghai Detention Center.

2. [Kangping County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Quan Mingqi Arrested and Taken to the Detention Center in Liaozhong County
3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Tian Ke Arrested
Ms. Tian Ke, who is around 50 years old, was arrested at her home by some policemen from the Qigong Police Station in Tiexi District on the morning of December 30, 2007. The police broke into her house, took away a computer, a printer, books, CD's, checkbooks and other personal belongings. Now Ms. Tian is being detained at the No. 1 Detention Center in Shenyang City. Her family is not allowed to visit her.
4. [Jilin Province] Ms. Sha Naiyi Tortured to Death
Ms. Sha Naiyi, a worker in the Hong Gang Oil Refinery Factory in Jilin Province, was tortured to death by the Domestic Security Division of the Da'an Public Security Bureau on the afternoon of July 14, 2007. Ever since then, her body has been laid to rest at the funeral parlor in Da'an City and is being guarded 24 hours a day by the police to prevent anyone from examining it.
5. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Shuchun's Husband Beaten by Police
Around 10 p.m. on January 8, 2008, Li Jianguang, a policeman from the 610 office in Zhaoyuan City, along with 20 other people from Domestic Security, the 610 office and the Police Station of Zhaoyuan City went to Ms. Zhang Shuchun and her mother's house which is located in Xinzhuang Town. Since Ms. Zhang Shucun was not home, the police beat her husband mercilessly.
6. [Qinghuangdao City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Guozhen Arrested
Ms. Li Guozhen, a Falun Gong practitioner from Shahezhai Village, Shimenzhai Town, Funing County, Qinhuangdao City, was reported as she was clarifying the truth in the market in Huangtuying Village, Zhucaoying Town. She was arrested by the Zhucaoying Police Station officers and later the Domestic Security Division of Funing County transferred her to another place.
7. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Jizhi Detained
Ms. Zhang Jizhi from Longkou, Yantai City, was arrested by Dongjiang County government officials when she was clarifying the truth in Dongjiang County, Longkou, on January 7, 2008. Now, she is being detained at the Zhangjiagou Detention Center in Longkou.
8. [Zhengyang City, Henan Province] Zhang Daoqing and Other Practitioners Suffer Severe Persecution
Ms. Zhang Daoqing and Ms. Xu Xiujuan from Zhengyang City, Henan Province, were arrested again and taken to the Zhengyang Detention Center by the police on the of morning of October 1, 2007. They were both beaten mercilessly and tortured with inhuman means several times by the police and have suffered both mentally and physically.
In March 2007, Ms. Liu Min from Zhengyang City, went to the police station to ask them to release these practitioners. Ms. Liu was then arrested, beaten, detained and sentenced to a forced labor camp for about a year and a half. Now, she is being persecuted in a forced labor camp located at Shibali River, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province.
Ms. Wu Yifang from Zhengyang City was on the police's wanted list since 2007. Now she has become homeless to avoid arrest and her whereabouts are unknown.
9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Weijie Beaten in Hewan Forced Labor Camp
On the night of February 21, 2007, Mr. Zhang Weijie was beaten in the break room of the No. 2 Team in Hewan Forced Labor Camp. Now whenever Mr. Zhang eats, he feels pain in his chest. It is likely that his ribs were broken or damaged from the beating.
10. [Gejiu City, Yunan Province] Around Noon on January 8, 2008, Ms. Wang Yuzhong, Gejiu City Was Arrested. Now Her Whereabouts Are Unknown.
11. [Fuzhou City, Fujian Province] Mr. Zheng Shizhen Transferred to the No. 2 Detention Center in Fuzhou City
Mr. Zheng Shizhen was arrested and taken to the police station in the Fugui Tiancheng neighborhood as he was distributing truth-clarification materials there on the morning of January 10, 2008. Later, he was detained at the Xiadu Police Station. On the afternoon of January 11, he was transferred to the No. 2 Detention Center in Fuzhou City.
12. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Cai Huarong and Seven Other Practitioners Detained
On October 17, 2007, seven practitioners altogether; Ms. Cai Huarong, Ms. Li Jinzhen, Ms. Lu Guilan, Ms. Zhan Lianmu, Ms. He Yilan, Ms. Ou Yi, and Mr. Liao Sheng were arrested by 610 office agents. Among them, Ms. Cai Huarong is being detained at the No. 2 Meixi Detention Center, Zhuhai City. The court of Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, planned to have a trial for Ms. Cai Ronghua at 9: 30 a.m. on January 18, 2008.
