Testament to the Wonders of Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) I live in Ping County, Hebei Province. Before I became a practitioner, one day in late August 2006, my legs were swollen. I found some painful and hardened areas on my legs, which I thought were bites from insects, so I applied some medicine for insect bites. However, the situation worsened the following day: even my knees, ankles, wrists, and joints in my toes were swollen. Medical examination indicated it was rheumatoid arthritis (RA). So I had to have an injection and take medication every day. After 10 days, however, the illness became even worse. It was painful to walk, and I even woke up at night because of the pain. The doctor told me to have no exposure to cold water or air conditioning. The illness was hard to cure and easy to recur. The doctor also said RA could easily lead to heart disease. I was very worried: As a young woman now only in my 20s, how could live the rest of my life?

My mother, a Falun Gong practitioner, brought me a copy of Zhuan Falun. I was upset in the beginning, thinking she did that to lower the medical bills. Still, to make her happy, I picked up the book and read it over. I found numerous places in the book were very good, as if it had been written just for me. To my surprise, I did not hurt so much that night. Thinking it was accidental, I began to read the book carefully. Miraculously, my health improved every day and I felt much better. Had I not personally experienced this, I would not have believed it--since the only thing I did was read the book.

Then I began to truly cultivate. Through Fa-study, I learned how to be a good person and how to follow the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" in everyday life. I have been a bully since childhood--other people were afraid of me, whether at home, in school, or in society. If someone did not yield to me, I would give that person a hard time. After cultivation, I learned to treat everyone with compassion and forgiveness, while getting rid of my own shortcomings as much as possible. Many people said I changed a lot. And I also felt the wonderfulness of a peaceful heart.

The headache that bothered me for years was also gone before I noticed it. It used to be so bad, I carried pain reliever with me all the time. Since practicing Falun Dafa, the headache has not come back. Of course, the pain in my legs is also gone. I am very healthy.

I am sharing my experience because I want to let more people know that Falun Dafa is good. Please do not listen to the slanderous propaganda from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) since they are all lies. Falun Dafa can benefit physical health as well as help uplift one's mind.
