Captivated from Beginning to End by Chinese New Year Splendor (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) The Divine Performing Arts staged their 2008 Chinese New Year Splendor performances at Radio City Music Hall in New York. Their beautiful stage performances and their profound meaning have captivated the art capital of the world.

Watalie Scott, who has a fashion background, spoke very highly of the performance. She said she was captivated from the beginning to the end, as if she were watching a tremendous, beautiful rainbow. Watalie is a fashion salesperson, and was invited by a friend to come to the show. It was her first time seeing the Divine Performing Arts. After the show, she was still moved by the performance. She said, "I think the Divine Performing Arts are so great and full of power that they move people's hearts. Every program in the Splendor is very powerful and interesting."

Ms. Scott said, "I am not sure which part of the Splendor moved me the most, the beautiful colors or the power and meaning revealed in the performances. The entire show gave me a very good feeling, from the beginning to the end, I can't really tell which part I liked the most. The Divine Performing Arts are a new experience that I have never had before."

She felt that all the dances were beautiful and that it was hard to pick her favorite, so she made a list of all her "favorite" dances. They were "Chopstick Zest," "Drummers of the Tang Court," "Nymphs of the Sea," and "Forsythia in Spring."

Ms. Scott continued, "Oh, when it comes to the music, I wonder how they could play such wonderful music. The music of the Divine Performing Arts is totally different from the western music I've heard before, everything is so new to me. I wish I could see more of the performance, the show is like an enlightenment to beauty for me."

Watalie used the word "powerful" to describe the Divine Performing Arts. She felt they brought the most beautiful music, dances, abundant colors, costumes, and the profound meanings......all different kinds of beauty integrated together, which was very powerful. She was captivated from the beginning to the end.
