Residents of Tumen City, Jilin Province, Prevent Police from Arresting a Practitioner

(Clearwisdom.net) On January 22, 2008, police officer Li Jinyio from the Yuegong Police Station in Tumen City, Jilin Province, in charge of a team of officers, drove to Qushui Village. They attempted to arrest practitioner Ms. Zhang Shuxian several times. Because many villagers condemned what they were trying to do, they drove away empty-handed.

A few days before, upon hearing that Ms. Zhang was in the village to attend her grandfather's funeral, the police went to Qushui Village. When the villagers found out that the police had come to arrest Ms. Zhang, they rebuked the police: "She came here to attend the funeral for her grandfather, and you came here to arrest her? Aren't you afraid of bad luck! How dare you make an arrest! Aren't you afraid of being kicked out!" The policemen could not do anything and left town.

On the 22nd, the day of the funeral procession, the police held a meeting and decided to again attempt to arrest Zhang Shuxian. Some kindhearted people helped her to escape safely. Police officers, including several undercover police, waited around till the end of the funeral reception, but none of them was able to find Ms. Zhang.

After the incident, a villager made a comment, "In this day and age, how can these people still persecute cultivators that practice 'Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance?' Jiang, the evil one that initiated the persecution of Falun Gong, is wanted by the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China. And there are almost 20 courts around the world that have accepted lawsuits against Jiang. He is infamous around the world and is condemned by many."

Today, there are many righteous policemen that have understood the truth about Falun Gong. They refuse to act as the Chinese Communist Party's hired thugs and have withdrawn from the Party and its affiliated organizations. Not only have they found a way out for themselves, but they have also ensured their family's safety. The Chinese Communist Party's destiny is already sealed. We hope that the policemen who are still confused can quickly awaken, stop persecuting practitioners, and still have a future.

Mr. Li Jinyio, Hanzu, and Zhongnian are the police officers from the Yuegong police station in Tumen City, Jilin Province. They have arrested and persecuted many Falun Gong practitioners.
