Hong Kong Resident Appeals to Wuhan Authorities to Release Her Mother, Ms. Fu Shaozhen (Photo)
By Hong Kong resident Zhang Ping
(Clearwisdom.net) Several days ago I once again heard that my mother, Ms.
Fu Shaozhen, had been subjected to mistreatment in a detention center. According
to someone who was just released from the Wuhan City No.1 Detention Center in
Hubei Province, my mother was mistreated there. Her bedding was torn up, and she
could not raise or move her hands. We hope to find out more details of her
situation soon. Hereby I demand: Please, immediately stop the persecution of my mother. My
mother practices Falun Gong to be a good person. It's inhumane to abuse an old
woman mercilessly. I sincerely hope all righteous people and people of
conscience could help to rescue my mother, Ms. Fu Shaozhen. I have to stand up to protest the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) inhumane
persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, including my mother. I go daily to
China's Liaison Office in Hong Kong to appeal. I expose to the public how the
Communist regime brutally persecutes Falun Gong and how lawless personnel in
Wuhan City persecute Falun Gong practitioners. I hope those among Wuhan City
officials who still have a conscience quickly help release my elderly mother.
Hereby I thank all those who have made efforts to rescue my mother. Thank you! My mother is 65 years old this year. She benefited from practicing Falun
Gong. Not long after she began the practice, all illnesses that had plagued her
for years disappeared, including a colon disease that has an extremely high
death rate. After practicing Falun Gong for a period of time, my mother became
physically healthy, and her character also greatly changed. She conducted
herself according to the principle of
"Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and was considerate of others.
She became broadminded and kind. My family was extremely happy to see the
positive changes in my mother after she began Falun Gong. Because the persecution has persisted for more than eight years, under great
pressure, my mother felt conscience-bound to step forward to explain the truth
about Falun Gong and expose the CCP's lies and wicked deeds. As a result,
Communist regime agents detained her in several different places. These places
were: the Wuhan City No.1 Hospital Brainwashing Center (Former name: Wuhan City
Jianghan District Preliminary Brainwashing Center), Jianghan District Welfare
Home Brainwashing Center, the Erzhigou Women's Education Detention Center in
Dongxihu, the No.1 Women's Custody Center, the Erdaopeng Brainwashing Center in
Jianghan District, and the Hewan Forced Labor Camp in Wuhan City. In 2001, guards at the Hewan Forced Labor Camp tortured her so severely that
she suffered a nervous breakdown. Only then did they release her. Not long after her return home she decided to leave home to avoid further
persecution. She has been unable to return home since 2001. On December 25,
2007, local police arrested her when she told the facts about Falun Gong near
Nanhu Garden in the Wuchang District, Wuhan City. The police took my mother to
the Wuhan City No.1 Detention Center, where she has been illegally
detained and persecuted ever since. A month later my family was very worried about my mother's situation. We
often had sleepless nights. It is said that personnel from the Wuhan City
610 Office gave orders to arrest her and attempted to sentence her
to imprisonment. The following are responsible for these unconstitutional acts: February 16, 2008 |
