Police Officer Li Changming Brutalizes Ms. Wang Xiufang during Her Unlawful Arrest

Li Changming, head of the Linghe District Police Department "110 Emergency Response" Patrol Division in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province persecuted Falun Gong practitioner Wang Xiufang. Officials from the Linghe Police Department and from the Jintie Police Station arrested four practitioners on January 29, 2003. Wang Xiufang resisted the illegal arrest, and four police officers grabbed her arms and legs. Deputy police chief Li Changming grabbed her hair and dragged her from the third floor to the ground floor. When they arrived at the police department, Li Changming dragged her from the front gate into a room. When they drove her to the detention center, he again grabbed her hair and dragged her in and out of the car. The detention center doctor and guard Qiu saw blood and large bruises on her head.
