Miracles in My Cultivation
(Clearwisdom.net) In 1990, I suffered from uterine cancer, for which I
had an operation and was subjected to two courses of radiation treatment.
However, after the treatment, I suffered from various side effects: my hands,
feet, and head were always numb and my back always felt cold. My hands were so
numb that I sometimes could not hold my chopsticks when eating. I suffered so
much every day. In the middle of August 1999, I heard from a friend that the Teacher of Falun
Gong was going to hold a series of qigong lectures in Yanbian City, Jilin
Province. He told me that Falun Gong was a cultivation practice of that brought
improvements to one's nature and health, and that Falun Gong's Teacher was
bringing people to high levels. I asked him, "Can I cultivate, considering
the fact that I have had my womb removed?" He said, "If you cultivate
and improve your xinxing, miracles will happen." My family urged me to go to Yanbian to attend the Falun Gong lectures given
by Teacher. At that time I was concerned about whether I could learn any other
qigong because I was studying a certain religion. I hesitated in my mind.
Afterwards, I read the book China Falun Gong (an introduction to the
practice of Falun Gong) and felt that the teachings of the book were quite good.
Then I decided to go to Yanbian City to attend the Fa lecture. On the first day of the Fa lecture, when I saw Teacher I was very excited.
Teacher was big and tall, and his face was peaceful and compassionate. He seemed
to be a respectable and easy-going person. From the bottom of my heart I felt
that he was my Teacher. My seat was about 10 meters away from Teacher, but there
was an empty seat near his left side. Therefore, I moved to the empty seat so
that I could see him clearly. After I listened to Teacher's Fa, some miracles happened to me right away. One of the side effects of the radiation treatments was that my hands always
felt numb. My husband had bought me a magnetic ring to cure this. I wore the
ring for a year without any improvement, and after that, I just wore the ring as
a decoration. At about 4:00 a.m. on the 3rd day after I attended
Teacher's Fa lecture, I felt that I lost sensitivity in my left lower arm when I
turned over. I cried out to the Falun Gong student in my dormitory, "Look,
my left arm is gone." She said to me, "Did you try to move it?" I
said, "Yes I did, but I just felt nothing." As I said this, she saw the ring on my finger and asked, "Why do you
wear the ring?" I said, "It is a magnetic ring to treat the numbness
in my hands." She said, "Teacher is purifying your body. What good
will it for you?" Then I took off the ring. As soon as I took off the ring,
I felt my ring finger itching. When I examined it carefully, I found there were
many small red bumps, like measles, where the ring had been. After two days, the
bumps were gone, and the numbness of my hands was also gone. Falun Gong is a dual cultivation of both mind-heart nature and the body. But
how could I cultivate my body without a womb? I got the answer to this question
from Teacher, who said: "Some people have asked me: "Teacher, am I able to practice? I
had a sterilization operation," or they say they had something removed. I
tell them: "None of that matters. Your body in that other dimension
hasn't had an operation, and when you practice it is that body that
functions."" (Zhuan Falun) In September 1997, I really started menstruating again. I wrote out the above to validate Dafa. We should cherish Teacher's great
compassion and our precious prehistoric predestined relations. Let's do well the
