Understanding the Fa from Within the Fa

(Clearwisdom.net) I was deeply touched while reading experience-sharing articles from fellow practitioners in the "Minghui Weekly" over the past months. Practitioners have become increasingly more mature, righteous and they are setting higher and higher standards for themselves. Practitioners have looked within to discover their deepest hidden attachments and they have tried their best to do the three things well. During this last phase of the Fa-rectification we are at a critical juncture. It is of utmost importance to save sentient beings. Every one of us should look within, evaluate ourselves by the standards of the Fa, and clearly understand the Fa.

During experience sharing with fellow practitioners, I have found that in reality, I did not clearly understand the Fa. I thought I was doing rather well, as I continued studying the Fa and doing the exercises. I assumed that I probably was not the best, but at least I was not the worst. I had become complacent. Yet, my understanding of the Fa still remained as it was at the beginning stage of my cultivation. I had not immersed myself into the Fa and my xinxing was of very low quality.

Teacher said,

"Because many people could not maintain good xinxing in the past, many problems occurred. After their practice reached a certain level, they could not make further progress." (Zhuan Falun)

I suddenly woke up. I thought I was doing well, but in fact, my different attachments were hidden deep inside me and were shown in all my actions. I was unable to recognize my shortcomings. Thinking about Teacher's words and his constant care of his students, I felt so ashamed.

I will do well with everything a practitioner of the Fa-rectification period is supposed to do. I will elevate by cultivating diligently and make certain that Teacher will worry less about me.

Please kindly point it out if there is anything that does not comply with the Fa.
