Taipei, Taiwan: Retired General Offers High Praise for Divine Performing Arts (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Gao Haihsiang, a retired general in Taiwan's
military, and his wife came to the Chinese Spectacular in Taipei on March 17,
2008. Mr. Gao told reporters that he heard about the show and the Divine
Performing Arts when he was visiting New York, and was happy to have a chance to
watch the show in Taipei. He and his wife said that the arts company has a very
high reputation in America. General Gao Haihsiang Mrs. Gao had watched the show the night before. She was deeply touched, so
she came to the show again with her husband. Mrs. Gao said: "The most
touching program was the dance, 'The Risen Lotus Flower.' I cried when I saw
Falun Gong practitioners being persecuted in China." Mr. Gao liked all the dances, especially the drum dance, which was very
inspiring to him. "Another impressive dance was 'Lady of the Moon.'"
He said, "The combination of the background scene design and traditional
dance was perfect." Mr. and Mrs. Gao both praised the actors, and said that they would come again
next year. |
