Chairman of Painting and Calligraphy Association: The Divine Performing Arts Helps People Regain Confidence (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Li Yin-Kun, chairman of the Lanting Painting and Calligraphy Association, had strong impressions after seeing the last show of the Divine Performing Arts in Taiwan on March 20, 2008. He said, "It leads people back to the heart of simplicity and honesty found in ancient times. It is fortunate that this hope, this brightness still exist, no matter how dark and degraded society has become. It gives hope and helps people regain confidence."

Mr. Li said that art is a common language, and that the Divine Performing Arts presented a realm of pure truth, compassion and beauty. Its optimism helped people regain confidence. It was also inspiring and heart-cleansing.

Mr. Li was very moved by the opening piece and deeply touched by "The Risen Lotus Flower." He was moved to tears by the story of the three women who refused to give up their faith despite being persecuted.

Having devoted himself to the spread of traditional art, Mr. Li said the show cleansed people's hearts and made them feel the pure compassion of ancient times.
