Vice President Lu said in the telegraph, "To all members of the Divine Performing Arts Company: I was delighted to hear about your tour in Taiwan from February 29 to March 20, and would like to express my congratulations. Your company has promoted traditional culture, interpreted and reenacted history, and renewed the glorious ideals of yesteryear. With music and dance, you have presented a unique and perfect visual and audio feast. It's delicate and elegant, yet thought-provoking. You have received broad acceptance and recognition from many sectors of Taiwanese society. I hereby wish your performances a complete success. Best regards for your health and an enjoyable New Year."

This is Vice President Lu's third congratulatory letter for the Divine Performing Arts. Ms. Lu attended the opening night of the Divine Performing Arts' 2007 Taipei performances on April 7, 2007. She spoke for three minutes, praising the show for "maintaining the cultural treasures of the Han and Tang dynasties of prosperity." In January 2008, Ms. Lu called the Divine Performing Arts' performances "the best show" during an interview with NTDTV. She also hoped that the beautiful Chinese culture could continue to blossom.

Mayor Hsu of Tainan wrote, "Taiwan values history. It is a place that has experienced both Eastern and Western cultures and is the crossroads for many different cultures. The Divine Performing Arts' New Year Spectacular has wonderful dances, music, and ancient legends. Such a performance is both powerful and harmonious. Within this harmony, people are moved. It is extraordinarily beautiful. I wish the Spectacular a complete success and everyone a Happy New Year."

During the Christmas season, Mr. Hsu visited New York to speak to the Taiwanese community there. He and his wife attended the Holiday Wonders performance by the Divine Performing Arts at Beacon Theater. He said then, "The weather is very cold today, but the theater is so warm and filled with the joy of the season."

Mr. Hsu also said, "The Tang drums showed the beauty of strength. It was at once powerful and harmonious, energetic and beautiful. Its power is demonstrated in a very harmonious way, and instilled in everyone's heart. Perhaps this is the power of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance."

Ms. Hsu said after the Holiday Wonders, "This was a very exquisite display of Eastern culture. I was deeply moved. The projected background was very well done and illustrated the realm of Eastern culture." "The show was very successful and exquisite. It is world-class." "If this show ever comes to Tainan, I will encourage all my friends to go."

Tainan County Magistrate Mr. Su Huan-chih wrote, "The Divine Performing Arts Company is the main group performing at the annual NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular and Holiday Wonders. In 2007, the group gave 82 performances to over 200,000 viewers in Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia. In 2008, there will be over 200 performances viewed by 650,000 people. This is unprecedented."

Magistrate Su also wrote, "The Divine Performing Arts Company will give four performances at the Tainan Municipal Cultural Center between February 29 and March 2. This will improve the artistic environment of Taiwan and Taiwanese people's understanding of divine traditional Chinese culture. This will also facilitate cultural exchanges between Taiwan and foreign world-class performance groups. I believe that [the performances] will be a unique cultural feast previously unseen by most Taiwanese people. Here I would like to wish the performances a success!"
