Residents of Halle, Germany Shocked by Atrocities Committed by the Chinese Communist Party (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On February 23, 2008, Halle's Rathausplatz was bustling with local residents. In front of the exhibition panels placed by Falun Dafa practitioners, people were shocked and indignant after reading about the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) cruel torture of Falun Gong practitioners.

Residents of Halle stop to learn about Falun Gong and the persecution

One woman walked up to the Falun Gong practitioners and asked, "Is this happening now? How can they act like this? Such killings and cruelty must be stopped immediately."

A mother carrying a child in her arms signed a petition calling for an end to the persecution after she learned that organs from Falun Gong practitioners were forcibly removed and sold by the CCP. She also asked her husband to sign his name on the petition.

Two students from mainland China came and talked with the practitioners. One of the students said, "We know that you are persecuted. All the overseas Chinese know about it. I'll definitely read what you gave me."

Throughout the day, more and more people came by and signed the petitions, and some followed along with practitioners in doing the exercises.
