(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Su Yue-Mei is the Guidance Counselor for the Kaohsiung Municipal Siao Gang Senior High School in Taiwan. She watched the first Divine Performing Arts show in Kaohsiung with her daughter. She told a reporter during the intermission, "This is a soul-shaking, highly spiritual performance."

Ms. Su said, "This was my second time to enjoy the Divine Performing Arts show. I was moved by the 2006 NTDTV Chinese New Year Gala on DVD. When I heard that the Divine Performing Arts Company would be at the Kaohsiung Municipal Social Education Center, I immediately decided to go. I was especially impressed by the scenery design and what the dances and music conveyed."

Ms. Su continued, "This year, I experienced entirely new things while watching the show. I was so moved by the first program, 'Descent of the Celestial Kings.' I began devoting myself to a faith in the last few years, so when I saw the Lord of the Kings descend with gods following him to save people, I felt happiness, excitement, and hope naturally emerge from my heart." She added, "I was deeply moved and shed tears when I heard the lyrics to 'May You Understand'. We have probably forgotten our vows and where we came from. Where are our lives leading? At that moment, so many thoughts came to my mind. The lyrics of 'May You Understand' caused me to think that maybe there is a school of cultivation that can save people, and that it is waiting for us to learn the truth and find our way back."

Ms. Su said that the show has great educational value, and can help to uplift human morality and promote good social behavior. "I was so moved by 'The Loyalty of Yue Fei,' because this dance can teach people about loyalty and filial piety. 'The Drummers of the Tang Court' gave us great inspiration, encouraging people to pursue kindness diligently and vigorously. This effect couldn't have been achieved with a simple performance; this is so precious!"

Ms. Su continued, "Because I have some experience in cultivation, I know that there is a lot of Law principles in this show. This performance bears the essence of spiritual cultivation and is more than a simple show. I feel fortunate to be able to see the deeper meaning based on my personal cultivation. At the same time, I hope that more people can obtain insights about culture and life through watching this show."
