Mr. Feng Long from Jilin Province and Mr. Li Ziqiang from Gansu Province Die as a Result of Persecution

Mr. Feng Long Dies Resulting From Persecution

Mr. Feng Long, 44, lived in Changchun City, Jilin Province. An incident occurred on March 5, 2002, where a cable TV network was tapped into. Mr. Feng was arrested in March 2002, simply because he repaired household electrical equipment. The police took him to a secret place in Jingyuetan Touring Zone, and proceeded to inhumanly torture him using the methods of beating, suffocation with a plastic bag over the head, and shocking on the neck, armpits and genitals with electric batons. He was then taken to Weizigou Forced Labor Camp, and later transferred to Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp in September 2002. Mr. Feng's health worsened due to the brutal treatment he had received, and he had lumps in his lower abdominal area. After he returned to his home in 2004, he continued to live in terror. By early 2007, he had become dangerously thin. In the later half of 2007, his lower abdominal area had severe edema and he died on March 15, 2008.

Mr. Li Ziqiang Dies Resulting From Persecution in Gansu Province

Mr. Li Ziqiang, in his early forties, was a Falun Dafa practitioner who lived in Zheqiao Township, Linxia Hui (Muslin) Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. He worked for the Prefecture Forestry Research Institute. On September 13, 2002, officers from the Linxia Prefecture State Security Division, along with officers from the 610 Office, arrested him. He was taken to the Ping'antai Forced Labor Camp for a three year term. When he was released on November 30, 2005, he was extremely thin, in very bad health, and he became more depressed day by day. He died on September 15, 2007.
