Since 1999, Teacher has explicitly told us many times that Fa-rectification period Dafa practitioners are responsible for saving sentient beings. He emphasized it again in "Fa-Teaching Given to the Australian Practitioners." What we should do and how to do it well will be clear to us as we gradually enlighten from the Fa- principles that we came to the world for the Fa.

After clarifying the truth to my family, relatives and other people I know well, I then gradually began clarifying the truth to strangers. In the beginning, I only clarified the truth to one person at a time. Now I can tell many people the facts at one time, and the effect of saving people is still good.

I noticed that if I try to find a specific person to clarify the truth to, it is difficult for me to bring up the subject of truth-clarification. If, however, I don't have the intention of clarifying the truth to a specific person and use every opportunity to clarify the truth to people, then the results are much better. I found that I could persuade one person or several people to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations each time. When I go shopping at the farmers market, I do not buy all of my food at one place. Instead I buy one type of vegetable at one place, and persuade the people there to withdraw from the CCP, and then I go to another place to buy a different type of vegetable and persuade the people there to quit the CCP. Truth-clarification is the most important thing for me while shopping.

Every time I take the bus, I usually meet people with whom I have a predestined relationship. One time I persuaded three people to withdraw from the CCP in forty minutes. Also when I get on the bus, I always look for a seat where I can sit with another passenger. One time, when I sat next to someone and clarified the truth to that person, before the person got off the bus, the individual quit the CCP. Then another person got on the bus and sat next to me. I also successfully persuaded this person to quit the CCP before they got off the bus. When the third person got on the bus and sat next to me, I again clarified the truth, and the person withdrew from the CCP. This was obviously arranged by Teacher.

When clarifying the truth, I also use my knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, particularly the face and hand diagnosis, to help people understand how to improve their health. Once, I went to a place where there were many stores. I wanted to clarify the truth to the owner of a stationery store, but her business was rather busy at that time. So, I chatted with a lady who stood next to me. I looked at her face and knew that she had a weak spleen. She was also quite thin. I told her about her physical condition and suggested that she eat more millet. She said my assessment of her health problem was very accurate. When I examined her hands, seven or eight people came over to listen to our conversation. I realized that Teacher had arranged for them to come listen to the truth. I also examined their hands and clarified the truth to them. In the end, all of them withdrew from the CCP and its organizations. A friend of the stationery store owner even went and brought her husband out to listen to the truth.

I have also clarified the truth in a food wholesale store, a furniture store, and a paint store. Wherever I go, the situation of more people coming out to listen to the truth is common. As long as we are willing to clarify the truth to people, that is good enough.

A story published on "Minghui Weekly" about an older practitioner walking around to talk to people and clarify the truth inspired me very much. I thought that I had done quite well in truth-clarification because I had persuaded over seventeen hundred people to quit the CCP and its organizations in a year. After I read the article, however, I realized that I was far behind that practitioner. He/she gave up a life of comfort and traveled everywhere to clarify the truth in order to fulfill his/her prehistoric vows of assisting Teacher to rectify the Fa. The older practitioner had endured many hardships and persuaded over ten thousand people to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. After reading the practitioner's story, I immediately adjusted my heart and rearranged my schedule to do better in saving sentient beings.

One time, at around 1:00 p.m. outside a store, I met two ladies handing out fliers to people. As soon as I took a flier, the two ladies told me that they could take me to go look at an apartment right then. I told them I wasn't interested. However, one lady still pushed me while the other lady pulled me toward their vehicle. I thought that it didn't matter where I went since clarifying the truth was my primary focus. So I got in their vehicle and realized that there were already two men and two women siting inside the vehicle. On the way to see the apartment, I persuaded a gentleman and two ladies to quit the CCP. When we arrived at the location, I clarified the truth to the young lady who was in charge of selling the apartment. She also withdrew from the CCP. After we finished seeing the apartment, the driver drove us back home. Since the driver hadn't quit the CCP, I sat next to him and took the opportunity to clarify the truth to him. At the end, he happily quit the CCP as well. Through this event, I no longer gave too much thought about things and just simply went out to clarify the truth.

Having clarified the truth for several years now, I understand that the process of truth-clarification is a process of breaking through and improving myself.

Sometimes when I clarify the truth, I feel that nothing can stop me from saving that person. With this thought, I can easily persuade the person to withdraw from the CCP. At other times, I have difficulty starting a conversation with a person. Several times, I would try to say something, but I couldn't and thus lost the opportunity to clarify the truth. One time on a bus, I sat next to a person who only looked outside the bus window and never turned his head. I had to get off the bus after three stops. As I thought of how to talk to the person and what topic I should bring up, two stops had already passed. I knew I had to break through myself to clarify the truth to him. With Teacher's help, I successfully persuaded the person to quit the CCP before I had to get off the bus.

Another time, I wanted to clarify the truth to a girl who was a sales associate at an electronics-appliance store. However, I was unable to say anything to her. l walked around the area where she worked three times before I could bring myself to talk to her. I was able to persuade her to quit the CCP. Why couldn't I open my mouth to clarify the truth? It was because my post-natal concepts and notions interfered with me. I feel the main reason of being unable to clarify the truth is selfishness. I couldn't open my mouth to clarify the truth because I thought and feared too much. We are lives created by Dafa, unselfish and living for others. As long as we think of the Fa and have righteous thoughts, we can disintegrate the attachments, and then Teacher will remove them for us a little by little. We must consciously break through them by ourselves first. If we clarify the truth well, we can save more sentient beings.

When I walk out of my home, I see that many people haven't yet quit the CCP and its organizations. Currently, only over thirty-three million people have withdrawn from the CCP. Compared to over one billion Chinese people, that number is still too little. We all understand that people who don't quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations will face serious consequences in the future. When we clarify the truth to a person, that doesn't mean the person is an ordinary person. He/she could be a cosmic king or lord. Therefore, we are facing a vast cosmos and the countless sentient beings in the cosmos. These people came to the world with us and their lives are precious. If we really want to save an individual, Teacher will give us wisdom.

I understand that Dafa practitioners must seize every second to clarify the truth and save sentient beings. Meanwhile, Teacher's law bodies and righteous gods will arrange for us to meet those who have good, predestined relationships with us. However, these people will not stand there and wait for us to clarify the truth to them. Sometimes these people only meet with us for several seconds. Therefore, if we don't actively clarify the truth to them, we will miss the opportunity.

Today, I read Teacher's New Year article, "Greetings!" and realized that I haven't done well on truth-clarification. I felt further urgency. I am Teacher's disciple so I must fulfill my great prehistoric vows, and make good on the pledges I made.
