(Clearwisdom.net) The Divine Performing Arts of New York presented the second Chinese Spectacular show at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Center on the afternoon of April 8, 2008. Many Chinese-Australians, new immigrants and visiting Chinese attended the show and enjoyed the Chinese traditional culture that was presented in the show in its beautiful and elegant programs.

"You can no longer see such a good show in China"

Ms. Xu came from China to Australia a few years ago. After the show, she said excitedly, "I have been in Australia for a few years. Now, you can no longer see such a good show in China. (The shows in China) are mostly commercial, and low-class. The Divine Performing Arts performance is really good. The skills, the costumes, colors, music, and background, they are all very good. I have a peaceful feeling in my heart after seeing the show. I feel very free and comfortable."

"When I was young, it was the time of the 'Cultural Revolution,' and there were only a few Beijing Drama shows, and those full of fights and killings. I was not comfortable with that." Xu said.

Xu is a busy businesswoman but she made an extra effort to come to the show. She was excited about what she saw and said, "I am glad I came today and saw such an brilliant show. The background is high-technology and it looked very real. You feel like you're inside the scenery. I have never seen such a high quality show before. Truly high-level."

The Most Beautiful Enjoyment

Ms. Yang is a nurse in Australia. She said this was her first time seeing a show that presented Chinese traditional culture, and she felt that the performance was enjoyable and beautiful. She said she liked all the pieces, "I think they were very good, including the dancing and costumes. Every piece had its unique specialty."

"Chinese culture is graceful. (The performance) displayed the grace in Chinese culture, and I feel very good about it." Yang said.

Yang also had a strong impression of the songs, "I believe they were very successful. The words of the songs had profound meanings."
