(Clearwisdom.net) On April 5, 2008, Divine Performing Arts' Chinese Spectacular had its final show at the Sydney Entertainment Center. Barrister Angela Ketas attended the show with her husband. She was touched with the show and said that Divine Performing Arts presented a positive message of pure beauty.

Ms. Ketas said, "The performance was wonderful, and the performers were beautiful. We liked the drumming very much. It gave people an impression of being upright. [The show] is marvelous for everyone and the world. Divine Performing Arts clearly presents a positive message."

Ms. Ketas was deeply impressed by the music in the show. Though she does not understand Chinese, she could feel the inner meanings that the lyrics expressed. She said, "[The performers] are so talented. Through listening to the music, and with my understanding of the lyrics projected on the rear screen, I could feel its inner meanings."

Angela Ketas represents Australian Falun Gong practitioners Li Fuying and Xie Yan in a lawsuit against former Guangdong Province Deputy Party Secretary Chen Shaoji, who was charged with torture.

Both Ms. Ketas and her husband appreciated the dance "The Power of Awareness." They felt the power of the principles "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," because they display people's belief and strength. Ms. Ketas said, "The scene that touched me the most was the one with the little girl. When the girl and her mother held a banner reading 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance,' and the people surrounding them stood up to stop the police, it was the most touching part for me. The message it conveys is that if people can stand up against injustice, their power will become strong."

Ms. Ketas felt disappointed with the fact that the Chinese Spectacular cannot be performed at present in China. She thought that Chinese people should take pride in and embrace Divine Performing Arts, and not lose the roots of their own culture. She said, "It's really unbelievable that the Chinese Communist Party does not want to see Divine Performing Arts staged in China. Why are they so scared? It's incredible."

This was Ms. Ketas's first experience seeing the Chinese Spectacular. "We will definitely come to see the Divine Performing Arts performance with our family and friends next year."
