(Clearwisdom.net) Delmarva Community Wellnet Foundation held the 16th Annual Holistic Health Fair in Lewes, a coastal city in southern Delaware. The fair included an exhibition by several dozens of organizations, and many seminars on health. It aims at introducing physical therapies and healthy food to the public. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate in the exhibition for the sixth time and demonstrated Falun Gong exercises at the seminar.

The Holistic Health Fair started at 9 a.m. on March 15, 2008 and attracted many people who were interested in alternative therapies and meditation. Many of them indicated that they had heard of Falun Gong before, and expressed their concern over the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s persecution of Falun Gong and China's human rights. An older woman named Norma said she wished to learn Falun Gong since one of her friends had suffered from cancer but was cured after practicing Falun Gong. After the Holistic Fair, she called a contact practitioner to ask for information on buying the book and learning the exercises. Many also left their email addresses and asked to receive information about local Falun Gong activities. One man asked a practitioner to mail him a VCD with exercise instruction video.
At 2 p.m., the practitioners held a 30-minute seminar in the hall outside the exhibition area. They conducted a ten-minute exercise demonstration and introduction. Then the practitioners answered questions and exposed the CCP's persecution in China. When the audience was told that one of the practitioners present was over 60 years old though he looked to be in his mid-40s, they applauded warmly and were surprised at the marvelous effect of Falun Gong.
