Ms. Hu Huoying from Jiangxi Province Detained Again; Her Husband Died as a Result of Persecution

(Clearwisdom.net) Since Ms. Hu Huoying suddenly went missing while in police custody on February 29, 2008, her daughter has been unable to discover her whereabouts. Every time her daughter has asked the police, the reply is, "Your mother is not in Duchang. She was sent to Jiujiang." Ms. Hu's daughter is extremely worried about her situation.

Ms. Hu Huoying, 57 years old, is a retiree from the Duchang County Ship Manufacturing Plant in Jiangxi Province. The persecutors had imprisoned her several times since 1999 for practicing Falun Dafa, in violation of the Chinese constitution. Chinese Communist Party personnel frequently went to her home to harass and threaten her. Her husband was a county cadre, but threats by CCP personnel led to his suffering from dementia.

Ms. Hu was arrested in 2005 and sent to a forced labor camp. Her husband couldn't take care of himself. He and her daughter, a junior high school student, were left at home.

On July 10, 2007, several agents from the Duchang County Police Department attempted to break into Ms. Hu's home to conduct a search. Ms. Hu blocked the door and stopped them by saying, "You threatened my husband. He died because of your evil deeds. He was just buried yesterday, and within less than a day you come again to harass and persecute me. This is intolerable! My husband was a regular person. It is because of your numerous arrests and numerous illegal searches, your other acts of persecution, your fines and threats that he became physically and mentally unable to handle your atrocities. You made him have a mental breakdown and made him bedridden! The year before last year you incarcerated me in the forced labor camp. My paralyzed husband couldn't deal with this. Now, when his body is not even cold, you come again to persecute me. Don't you fear retribution?" The lawless agents then retreated.

On February 29, 2008, Ms. Hu Huoying was arrested again and her home was searched. It is said that she is now imprisoned in the Jiujiang Detention Center and that judicial and public security agents are attempting to hold an illegal court trial.
