Don't Forget to Expose the Evil to Local People While Rescuing Fellow Practitioners

While rescuing our fellow practitioners, we must not neglect to expose the evil to the local people.

I read the report "As the Olympics Approach, the CCP Issues Secret Order to Intensify the Persecution of Falun Gong" http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2008/3/19/95494.html) on the Clearwisdom website recently and learned that, since the end of last year to March 11, 2008, about 1,878 Falun Gong practitioners have been arrested in China. The WOIPFG (World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong) has issued a notice to confirm this finding. I believe that these incidents are still taking place in many regions throughout China, and my fellow practitioners are still working to try to rescue other practitioners. In light of this, I would like to offer some personal understanding regarding the importance of exposing what is really going on to the local people.

Within the shortest possible time, if we could make some leaflets that contain the information about the departments or individuals who have participated in the persecution and distribute them widely throughout the districts where we live, the result would be very effective. For example, there was a police deputy director who participated in the arrests of practitioners several times. After we made a leaflet, "Exposing the Wicked Police," and widely distributed it throughout the district, he was greatly restrained. When he saw other people, he would say to them, "Better not fool around with Falun Gong!" Let me give another example. Last year, after we exposed the evildoings of the captain of national security and the secretary of the political and law committee, they toned down their arrogant behaviors. On an occasion, one of them even said to the family members of a practitioner politely, "Let's work together to solve this problem." Through extensive truth-clarification efforts, the timely exposure of the evil to the local people, and the hiring defense lawyers, we have effectively restrained the persecution. In some regions, the Chinese Communist Party authorities had held trials for nearly four months before secretly sentencing some practitioners. These regions need to work eliminate the evil continuously and more thoroughly in order to disintegrate the persecution.

As far as I know, practitioners in many regions still neglect to expose the evil to the local population.

There is a popular Chinese folk saying, "Whip the snake seven inches below its neck," meaning to hit it on a sensitive area in order to kill it. We have learned from experience that exposing the evil to the local people is like "hitting the snake seven inches below its neck," because the evil is most afraid of being exposed.

As we eliminate the bad beings and factors manipulated by the evil in other dimensions, we also expose the evildoings of those who participate in the persecution of Falun Gong to the local people, who will condemn their behaviors. This is like hitting their most sensitive areas, causing them to awaken and stop committing wrongdoings against Dafa practitioners, and leaving them a chance of hope to be saved in the future. Isn't this equivalent to saving a life compassionately? Through the exposure, more people will become aware of the CCP's persecution of Dafa practitioners, they will know its evil nature, and they will withdraw from it. Won't more people be saved then? Everything is formed or created for Dafa, including the temporary existence of the CCP and the current situation of the persecution, which is, in fact, a false impression.

By now, we should understand why Master commended the article, "Expose the Evil Happening Locally to the Local People (With Master's Comments)." It is to say that this is a very important matter that we haven't handled very well in the past. At present, there are still many incidents where fellow practitioners are being arrested by the CCP. Some of them are detained in labor camps, or are sentenced, and they have not been rescued yet. I recommend that, while we are working at rescuing our fellow practitioners, we must not neglect exposing the evil to the local people. If we can expose the evil in a timely manner to the local people and form a strong righteous field throughout the country, leaving the evil beings and factors no room to hide, then won't this persecution of Dafa practitioners be completely disintegrated?

This is just my shallow understanding. Please compassionately point out anything inadequate.
