A Letter to Fellow Practitioners in Russian-Speaking Areas By a practitioner outside of China (Clearwisdom.net) Recently I heard that Russian authorities had banned
the Divine Performing Arts from presenting their show in Russia. The show
scheduled in Ukraine was also interfered with, and the local media there had
some negative reports about Falun Gong. I wanted to share some of my thoughts on
these events. Divine Performing Arts performances can help beings to be saved during Fa
rectification, but it cannot be looked at the same way as Dafa. If we emphasize
DPA too much at the cost of neglecting Dafa's fundamental requirements of us, we
might become vulnerable to deviating from our righteous thoughts and compassion We shouldn't expect a "big event" to change the situation for an
area. The bit by bit change of our environment comes from every practitioner's
steady and solid clarification of the truth. Practitioners work very hard on the
websites that we maintain, but we do not always communicate well with each other
on what to publish and what not to publish from one Dafa website to another. As
a result, some content has not been refreshed for a long time, leading to
unnecessary difficulties. The above are just a few of my thoughts. If what I have shared is not in line
with the actual situation in local areas, please forgive me, as I'm simply
anxious. Some have said that Dafa practitioners in Russian-speaking areas carry
a great deal of pride and tend to lose their tempers easily. I hope that we can
all improve based upon the Fa and as cultivators do a better job of supporting
the Fa-rectification. Posting date: 4/22/2008
