Chinese Americans Commend DPA's Effort to Revive Chinese Traditional Culture

(Clearwisdom.net) Divine Performing Arts (DPA) performed in Seattle, Washington on April 23, 2008. Chinese Americans who watched the show responded warmly.

Ms. Jin Xiuhong from Beijing said she liked the arts and was delighted to watch the performance. She said, "I grew up in Beijing and have liked the arts for many years. Unfortunately, when I was young, only Peking Opera was shown. After watching the Chinese Spectacular, I feel that Chinese traditional art is graceful and makes one feel delighted."

Mr. Zhang Guo came to America for one year. He bought tickets for his whole family much in advance. He also invited two American friends to watch the show. He said, "The performance presented outstanding Chinese traditional culture. I feel it is beautiful and feel proud after watching it."

Mr. Zhou Shaoliang, publisher of Chinese Voice in Seattle, said only with the revival of Chinese righteous culture can China become really powerful. He said, "In China, culture is influenced by the Communist Party and it is unfortunate that deceitful things are shown outside China. I hope Chinese traditional culture is revived to purify people's hearts to be sincere. There will be good results. I hope China can become powerful in this way, not by engaging in wanton military activities."
