A Doctor and a Police Officer Met with Karmic Retribution for Their Evil Deeds and Died

Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Yan Guiyun, a doctor at the Xiangcheng Municipal Jail, Henan Province, died of a massive stroke

Yan Guiyun, a female doctor at Xiangcheng Municipal Jail, Henan Province, is 56 years old. During her tour of duty before she retired, she actively followed Jiang and Luo's regime to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. She was always present whenever practitioners were shackled and was verbally abusive. She roughly inserted tubes into practitioners' nostrils many times to force-feed them with concentrated saline solution. She only rinsed the dirty tubes once. When bystanders commented that she ought to have sterilized them, she vehemently retorted, "It will be all over when I poke them to death." She also injected practitioners with unknown drugs and so on.

At 2 p.m. on March 19, 2008, Yan Guiyun suddenly had a massive stroke and died on the way to the hospital.

Wang Kai, a police officer at Chagan Town Police Station, Da'an City, Jilin Province, died of bone cancer

Wang Kai, male, 47 years old, was the chief of Chagan Town Police Station. Beginning on April 25, 1999, he closely followed the CCP to aggressively persecute Dafa practitioners. He repeatedly ransacked practitioners' homes, extorted money from them, took away their Dafa books, illegally arrested them, sent them to brainwashing centers, and so on.

He did many bad things. In 2002, Wang Kai was demoted to a common policeman. In 2007, Wang Kai was diagnosed with bone cancer. On February 26, 2008, he died.

Villagers in Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province, participating in the persecution against their conscience, meet with retribution for their evildoing

1. Villager Zhang Suqin and her son, Xie Zhonghua, the village secretary of Maozhangzi Village, Goumenzi Town, Lingyuan City, maliciously reported Falun Gong practitioners to the authorities. When several practitioners gathered at the home of practitioner Yang Yongli to study the Fa and practice the exercises, Zhang Suqin had her son, Xie Zhonghua, make a call to report them, resulting in seven practitioners being arrested. Later, several practitioners were released after they had money extorted from. Several were sentenced to forced labor, including Mr. and Mrs. Yang Yongli. From then on, Zhang Suqin and her son suffered illness and other tribulations again and again. Just their medical expenses alone were more than 8,000 yuan. Her son lost his government post. Zhang Suqin is now suffering from cerebral thrombosis.

2. Ming Guangsheng, the chief of Maozhangzi Village, Goumenzi Town, Lingyuan City, engaged in the surveillance of Dafa cultivators. Later on, he fell ill and was admitted to a hospital for an extended period of time. He had cerebral thrombosis.

3. Sun Yeshan, the village secretary at Maozhangzi Village, Goumenzi Town, Lingyuan City, participated in the persecution of practitioners by fining them and so on. He had an accident on his motorcycle and fractured his legs. Now, he has also lost his government post.

4. Wang Deling in Lingbei Town, Lingyuan City, is the principal of Lingbei General School. He actively participated in persecuting practitioner Mr. Li Wensheng. He asked the police to arrest Mr. Li. All departments did their utmost to track down Mr. Li, which caused Mr. Li to leave home and become destitute. In October 2003, Mr. Li died. One year later, Wang Deling was removed from his post as the school principal, and had to take a job as a teacher in Linggang Elementary School. His wife has been ill the last several years and they have had to spend a lot of money on a number of operations. Another teacher set out for Wang's home to help him out, but before he got there, he fell into a ditch and died. Wang Deling had to pay his family thirty thousand yuan in compensation.

5. Zhou Ruiwu, the former village chief of Sanguandianzi Village, Lingbei Town, Lingyuan City, sent a practitioner to be persecuted for several days. He became a paraplegic. He himself realized that he had received retribution for persecuting Falun Gong. He eventually could not hold on to the job of village chief.
