(Clearwisdom.net) On May 11, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners participated in the "Earth Day" event hosted at the University of California at Davis. They demonstrated and taught Falun Gong exercises on the site.

A total of about twenty people of all ages, including children, learned the Falun Gong exercises. After learning the exercises, they thanked the practitioners and left satisfied. Some talked to practitioners after learning the exercises and wanted to learn more about Falun Dafa. Mr. Jen was very excited about the exercises. He said he wanted to introduce to more friends to the practice and carefully wrote down the address of the group practice site on campus.

Besides teaching exercises, the practitioners also passed out many truth-clarification materials. Many people already knew about Falun Gong and expressed their concern over the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of the practice. "The Communists always persecute faith like that." said Acili from the Davis campus.

Falun Gong practitioners at the Davis campus practice outside regularly and have a free exercise instruction session at noon every Friday at the big lawn on campus.
